We developed an integrated POS Management System for restaurants, cafés, and retail stores — connecting the cashier screen, inventory, kitchen, financial reports, and shift closing in one platform. Live data shows 24,850 EGP daily sales, 187 invoices, at the Maadi branch.

Dashboard & Cashier

Daily summary: sales, invoice count, average ticket, and net profit — with a 7-day chart and top sellers (cappuccino, sandwich, croissant). Fast checkout interface with product categories (Beverages, Food, Bakery...) and payment via Cash, Visa, Instapay, and Wallet.

Products, Inventory & Purchases

Product management with pricing and categories. Kitchen ingredient tracking with automatic low-stock alerts. Purchase invoices from suppliers linked to cost and inventory.

Orders, Tables & Kitchen

Invoice history with order type (Walk-in, Table, Delivery) and payment method. Table map T1–T5 showing available, occupied, and reserved status. Kitchen Display System with New, In Progress, and Ready statuses — live sync with cashier.

Payments, Reports & Admin

Payment distribution: Cash 42%, Visa 28%, Instapay 22%, Wallet 8%. Shift closing with revenue, cash expenses, drawer variance, and manager signature. Monthly sales reports, customer profiles for loyalty programs, role-based permissions (Cashier, Kitchen, Manager), and settings for VAT 14%, EGP currency, 80mm receipts, EAN-13 barcodes, and cloud backup every 30 minutes.
