International School ERP System

We developed an ERP system for Sakkara Language School Maadi — the Sakkara ERP platform that unifies student and school information in one place: attendance, grades, communication, tracking, and reports. The goal is to reduce paperwork and repeated phone calls, so parents, students, and staff see the same data according to their role.

Overview

The school operates multiple academic tracks (American, British, National). On login, users select the appropriate section, then account type (parent, student, or staff), because data is linked to the student's section.

Section Selection & Login

Section Selection: American, British, National — with English and Arabic support. Unified login for Parent (parent code or email), Student (student code), and Staff.

Admin Dashboard & Student Management

Dashboard displays Students, Parents, Classes, and Teaching assignments with key figures and attendance rates. Manage students by division with class placement, student codes, and per-student dashboards across all tracks.

Attendance, Grades & Reports

Daily attendance by class — Present / Absent / Excused. Quarter grades reports for the American track with Print view and Transcript generation. Distribution charts and metrics for management decisions.

School Transport & Online Learning

Live fleet map (GPS) for bus tracking. Teachers add Zoom/Teams sessions with recording links for full class or remote learners.

Parent Portal, Chat & Mobile App

Parent accounts created automatically on student registration. Parent Portal shows all children with attendance, grades, calendar, bus tracking, and messaging. Integrated chat reduces admin call volume. Android and iPhone app for grades, attendance, chat, sessions, and notifications.
