Live Employee Monitoring
The system includes Live Screen Monitor and Screenshot Monitor for real-time employee activity tracking, with screenshot statistics, storage metrics, and active user counts.
Work Hours & Payroll
The system calculates work hours automatically via a Time Spent Working counter that starts on login and stops on logout, with monthly aggregation and reset. Work hours link to salary with automatic deductions for lateness or absence per company policy — no manual admin intervention.
Chat & Task Delivery
Group and individual chat with all employees, with tasks sent directly in conversation linked to the Task page. Tasks can be delivered via Email, in-app chat, and WhatsApp.
Projects, CRM & Personal Dashboard
All projects registered with team, manager, and client links, status tracking (In Progress, Completed...). Each employee has a personal Dashboard showing active, priority, and overdue tasks, plus a daily Agenda (My planner) for scheduled work.
