We developed a Spa Management System — a complete Luxury Spa Management platform connecting bookings, customers, staff, inventory, and finance in one admin panel. Live operational data includes 674 bookings in May 2026 across Maadi, Zamalek, and New Cairo branches, with Cash, Instapay, and GetYourGuide payment methods.
Dashboard
The home page summarizes operations: total bookings (completed, cancelled, rescheduled), inventory status (active products, low stock, near expiry), biometric devices, and fixed expenses. Filters by branch, date range, and year, with charts for monthly booking trends and payment method distribution.
Core Setup
Manage multiple spa/gym branches, treatment rooms linked to services, booking channels (website, phone, walk-in, GetYourGuide), and service definitions with pricing, duration, and therapist/room assignment.
Bookings & CRM
Central booking management with status tracking (completed, cancelled, rescheduled). Customer profiles with visit history and preferences. Daily bookings view for reception, calendar with drag-and-drop scheduling, searchable archive, and detailed activity log for accountability.
Human Resources
Employee records with roles and branch assignment. Attendance tracking with biometric device integration. Payroll calculated from actual hours with automatic deductions for lateness or absence. Driver and vehicle management, gym subscriptions with buffet sales, and WhatsApp integration for client communication.
Inventory & Finance
Product and supply tracking with low-stock and expiry alerts. Comprehensive financial reports, monthly account closing, daily gym expense recording, and period-based revenue analysis. Booking channel statistics, therapist session counts for commissions, and daily operating expense logging.
Administration & Security
Role-based user permissions (manager, accountant, reception, therapist). Database backup and security audit log for sensitive operations.
